XTouch E1 Specs & Price

XTouch E1 is a budget smartphone from XTouch, a subsidiary of the Chinese phone maker Innjoo. This entry-level device offers a 5-inch display, a quad-core processor and a huge battery all at a very pocket-friendly price.

Build and Screen

Although the body is made of plastic, the XTouch E1 does not look like a phone that will give way under minimal pressure.

The overall design is not shabby considering how much you need to pay for a unit. It’s a thick device, though, at 9.6 millimetres.

The E1 sports a 5-inch display offering decent screen estate for watching movies. However, a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels somewhat limits the level of sharpness you can realistically expect here.

Camera and Storage

The XTouch E1 comes with a manageable pair of snappers – nothing fancy. A peek at the back panel reveals a 5-megapixel camera. You will also notice a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for capturing decent selfies.

The onboard storage capacity of 8 GB is respectable, although a chunk of this would have been taken up by system resources.

Thankfully, you can push the storage barrier forward by another 32 GB using a microSD card.

Performance and OS

Under the hood, the XTouch E1 is armed with a quad-core processor whose speed is capped at 1.2 GHz. The chip is married to 1 GB of RAM.

You should expect decent performance and responsiveness from this device, although it is not the best option for you if you are a power user. The XTouch E1 boots Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Other Features

One of the key selling points of the XTouch E1 is its 3,200mAh Li-Polymer battery. This is said to be based on a ‘high energy density technology.’

The juicer in the XTouch E1 is rated to be capable of supporting talk time of up to 15 hours and a whopping 300 hours in standby time.

The XTouch E1 has dual SIM slots. It comes with standard connectivity options, including Bluetooth, 3G HSDPA and Wi-Fi.

Pricing and Availability

XTouch E1 is available in Nigeria. You can buy the affordable smartphone at leading online stores in the country. XTouch E1 Price in Nigeria is ranges from 16,700 to 25,000 Naira depending on your location in Nigeria.
