Daily Recipe: Nigerian Stew

Today, I would like to introduce a wonderful recipe in African food-Nigerian Stew. Naija folks can't live without stew!

Here are cooking tips shared by Maino Cooks:

Chicken, beef, goat, fish, pork, "asorted meat" etc.

Build your flavors BEFORE you add your blended ingredients.

Paprika burns easily, make sure you add that right before (or after) your tomato paste/puree.

Your oil should be on medium high.

Grill your meat or put in the oven on broil for even more flavor - and it's healthier than frying.

If you are using chicken, roast it and add the pan drippings to your stew.
